The Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies Tuition Scholarship

Awards a $2,000 tuition scholarship to the Year Program (in addition to the MASA grant of $4,500), and awards to one or more students a 20% tuition scholarship to the Summer Program.

Pardes is a coeducational, non-denominational institute of Jewish studies in Jerusalem that provides a unique combination of intellectual openness, rigorous textual analysis, and opportunities for spiritual growth. Each year, Hillel directors across the country are asked to select one student to receive a $2,000 tuition scholarship to the Year Program (in addition to the MASA grant of $4,500) or a $1,650 scholarship for part-time study in the year program, and one or more students to receive a 20% tuition scholarship to the Summer Program. This is a wonderful opportunity for graduating seniors looking to spend a year studying in Israel in a diverse, open-minded environment, or for students in the midst of their college careers who would like a short-term Jewish learning experience. For more information, visit www.pardes.org.il or talk to our Operations Manager, Raif Melhado, who was hired only months after returning from the Year Program at Pardes.
